Ingredients 2 cups crispy rice cereal 1/2 cup mini marshmallows 1 lb white chocolate chips 1/2 cup peanut butter  Instructions Line 2 cookie sheets with wax paper or parchment paper. Toss the cereal & mini marshmallows together in a large bowl. Add the peanut butter and white chocolate chips to a large heat proof bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds on medium power (between 6-8 if your microwave has goes up to 10 for power settings). Remove from the microwave & stir. Repeat the process until the white chocolate is almost melted. Then remove from the microwave and stir until smooth. Pour the melted white chocolate and peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the cereal and marshmallows. Stir to evenly coat everything. Drop tablespoon-sized clusters onto the lined cookie sheets. Spray a 9x5x3 loaf pan with non-stick spray. Add the butter and sugars to a mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Beat in the egg, vanilla, banana, and sour cream. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.  Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips and gently press them into the batter. Bake for 70 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. If you under bake this, the center will sink upon cooling. Let bread cool completely before cutting and serving. Ingredients White cake mix 8 oz can crushed pineapple 1 cup. sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese 1/2 cup. butter softened 3 cups. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 3 cups crushed pecans Instructions Bake a white cake according to package directions. Cool and poke holes in it. In a pan boil crushed pineapple with juice and 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract for a few minutes. Then pour over cool cake.  In large bowl mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar. Add vanilla and 2 cups crushed pecans, mix good and put on cake. Add 1 cup crushed pecans on top. INGREDIENTS 1 cup aquafaba (chickpea water from 1 14 oz can of chickpeas) 7 oz dark chocolate chips 54% (200 g) 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp maple syrup INSTRUCTIONS Open the can of chickpeas and drain the chickpea water. Place the chickpeas in a container and reserve for another use, like curry or hummus. To a bowl, add aquafaba, lemon juice and maple syrup. Stir to combine. Lemon juice will help aquafaba reach stiff peaks. Use a stand mixer to whip the aquafaba into stiff peaks. It took me around 10 minutes. You should whip the aquafaba until it doesn't slide at all if you turn the bowl over. Unlike egg whites, aquafaba can't be overwhipped so keep going until you achieve a stiff texture. Melt the chocolate using the double boiler method. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the aquafaba with a spatula. The aquafaba may deflate a bit here but it's normal. Spoon the mousse into 4 individual bowls or glasses and set in the fridge for minimum
